VII. Voting During The General Conference
- At Executive Board Meeting
- Each member country on the Executive Board shall have one vote.
- In the event of a tie, the Chairman shall have in addition a casting vote.
- A General Conference
Each member country shall have three votes, two of which shall be cast by the representative/s of the National Library Association and one by the National Library. In the absence of a National Library, all three votes shall be cast by the representative/s of the National Library Association.
- Voting at the Executive Board Meeting or at the General Conference shall be by a show of hands unless a secret ballot is demanded by the meeting.
