Congress of Southeast Asian Librarians

In about a year's time, Serangoon residents will have a brand-new public library. The library, which will be located at the top level of a shopping mall linked to Serangoon Bus Interchange - is the National Library Board (NLB)'s first new library in more than three years and will be the latest to join its current network of 22 public libraries.
